Jasmine Eiland experienced the unthinkable while partying at one of Atlanta’s nightclubs.
The Atlanta woman was raped, while the whole thing was live-streamed on her Facebook live. The incident occurred at the Opera Nightclub, between her and an unidentified male suspect.
Eiland is seen in the video encountering the man on the dance floor, before things take an unexpected turn. At first, Eiland and the man appear to be having a good time. They’re seen dancing and having a drink, as the party continues to take place around them.
Unfortunately, the next part of the video isn’t so easy to watch.
The man quickly begins to sexually assault Eiland, as she holds her phone in her hand and records. And clearly, she doesn’t give consent. Eiland is repeatedly heard yelling, “Help me,” and “Stop.”
#JasmineEiland was drugged and raped while she was streaming on Facebook Live at a night club in Atlanta. She was crying and saying help me and NO repeatedly. Out of Respect I will not share the video. But here is a picture of the man that raped her. #JusticeForJasmine pic.twitter.com/ozjhC8nVov

After the video surfaced, Atlanta’s police department started to receive phone calls, alerting them of what had happened.
According to HotNewHipHop, this is the release authorities have issued:
“Our Special Victims Unit has made contact with the victim, and an investigation into the matter has been opened. The investigation continues.”
At the moment, there have been no arrests. And as for Jasmine Eiland, she’s attempting to heal from the situation. That is to say, she’s taking a hiatus from social media.
