As Pharrell’s annual Something In The Water festival approaches this month, Virginia rap artist Who? is making waves with his latest self-produced single “Dale Wepa.” Following his collaboration with Chaz French on “Da Memo” and his appearances on CW’s ‘All American,’ OverTime Elite, the NFL, and ESPN, Who? teams up with fellow Latino lyricist Nat in this HD music video directed by Fargo.

The video showcases the seamless exchange of verses between the two artists, blending classic Latin culture with elements of Drill Bass and Trap Music. Who?’s Dominican / Puerto Rican heritage shines through, bridging communities in under two minutes.

In a statement to the press, the founder of De Loners. Music shares his inspiration for the track:

“When I set out to create this record, I wanted to celebrate my culture. I aimed to fuse Reggaeton, Trap Music, and even Bachata. By combining the best elements from each genre, I crafted something truly unique that stands apart from anything I’ve heard before.”
