Snoop Dogg’s NFT Passport – Passport Lets Fans Travel the World with Him Digitally
Rapper Snoop Dogg is plunging into Web3 again with an innovative non-fungible token (NFT) project enabling his fans to follow him on tour.
The rapper has launched a unique NFT collection called the Snoop Passport Series, allowing fans to experience his tours like never before and unlock the content.
The Snoop Passport NFT
The Snoop Passport NFT is an evolving digital tour collectible that grants holders access to exclusive content and experiences connected to the rapper’s upcoming High School Reunion Tour.
Each NFT is minted on the Ethereum scaling network Arbitrum and sells for 0.025 ETH, or about $43. The supply of Snoop Passport NFTs is not capped, which means anyone can purchase as many as they wish.
Each NFT will offer access to behind-the-scenes footage and content connected to the rapper’s upcoming High-School Reunion Tour with his fellow musical guests Wiz Khalifa, Too $hort, and Warren G.
The NFT will also give holders access to merchandise and ticket sales, curated music playlists, and more.
In addition, NFT buyers will be airdropped pieces of a new Snoop Selects digital artwork collection featuring contributions from artists such as Terrell Jones and the pseudonyms Coldy and Alien Queen.
The NFT passport will also transform into a tour poster shaped with each location Snoop visits on his trip, making it a truly one-of-a-kind souvenir for fans. The NFT will be available to purchase starting July 7th through Crossmint, an NFT payment processor and various crypto wallets.
Snoop Dogg has been a frequent contributor to the NFT world over the past two years, having released a line of NFT mixtape invitations, a virtual community in the metaverse world, The Sandbox, and an NFT-powered avatar and virtual real estate platform.
He has also worked on a blockchain-based social media platform that merges Web3 with the real world.
