6ix9ine is opening up about his estranged relationship with his father.
In a conversation with DJ Akademiks, Tekashi 6ix9ine has said that he refuses to give money to his dad, who also happens to be homeless.
“You think he’d come hook me up with something,” the 60-year-old told Page Six. “He’s been giving money to other people. … He gives money to everybody. ‘Here, here, here.’”
In 6ix9ine’s latest chat with DJ Akademiks, 6ix9ine explained his reasoning for not providing funds to his father.
“I was abandoned at birth, and everyone knows it. My dad left me and is in a shelter dealing with drug problems. The media concentrates on me not giving him money instead of showcasing the positive aspects. It seems like hating on me has become a popular trend.”
He suggested that the story of him not giving money to his father was spurred by people’s desire to hate on him, or as he put it: “It’s like a trend to hate me.”
6ix9ine’s Last Encounter with His Dad
Hernandez made a brief appearance during 6ix9ine’s long-winded trial in 2019, which the rapper says was also the last time he saw him.
“[He was] trying to help me for what?” said 6ix9ine. “So I could be free and give him money? The narrative will always be, like, let’s make Tekashi 6ix9ine like the worst human being in the world but just look at it the way [they] want to look at it… Like, ‘Oh my god, his father is in the shelter, and Tekashi doesn’t give a fuck about him and just gives money to everybody else but his dad.”

Marc Zumoff retires from annoucing games after 39 years of doing what he loves. But why? Simply put, it’s time. Evidently, for this sports announcer, he’s ready to enjoy his life. Zumoff thinks of his bucketlist and the many items he hopes ro cross off in the later years of his life. As for the many things he still wishes to do, “play a musical instrument, learn to speak a foreign language, cook, travel,” and devote his time to a charitable cause.
The Moment Zumoff Fell in Love, at 8 Years old
But, before he leaves for good, he recalls the moment he fell in love. Apparently, it was with basketball and the Philadelphia sports team. Furthermore, with its devoted and passionate fans. He was 8 years old and saw the game through child’s eyes.
“My dad brought me to my first 76ers game when they first started playing in Philadelphia,” remembers Marc Zumoff. “As soon as I entered the arena, I was surprised by the loud crowd… amazed by everything I saw and heard.” For him, the birage of sounds and smells of the ballgame stirred his interest and sealed his fate on the road to become the official broadcaster for the Philadelphia 76ers. Not many people get to do the thing they dream about as a kid. Fortunately, for Zumoff, he did.
“February 29, 1964, I was eight years old; … that was the night the Philadelphia 76ers became my first love.”
“Fourth Quarter” of Life
He’s come along way from that 8 year boy. But, in terms of his love of the game, not much ahas changed. Now, as he reaches the final fold of his life, he remembers the sacrafices and moments through his career. He remembers his wife that stood by him through it all. But, he leaves with a smile on his face and a love in his heart.
“After 39 years of covering 76ers basketball, initially as the halftime host and the past 27 years as the TV announcer, it’s time for me to retire… If life is a basketball game, I’m in the final quarter!”
Zurmoff sends his love to the fans
Ultimately, Zumoff will forever be indebited to the fans of the game. Because, for him, it was their support and their passion that continued to draw out his love. Due to the fans that never gave up on the team, Zumoff shared his love of the game and Philadelphia’s team with them. Knowing that, he writes,
“Thank you, 76ers fans, for allowing me to be a part of this incredible journey. It has been an honor to be embraced by your homes.”
“I now grasp and value the duty of representing your team’s voice, and it was a genuine privilege for me.”
Philadelphia could not have a better broadcaster. Not since the days of Harry kalas and the Phillies, has there been a more dedicated broadcaster. For that, as the fans of Philadelphia, we thank Marc Zumoff for his years of service to our team and city.

Bryce Harper was voted by fans as All Stars to represent the Philadelphia Phillies. He didn’t make official roster but he is listed as a runner up. However, it brings up many concerns with Bryce Harper that hasn’t dappened Phillies love for the outfield. This year alone, he has suffered many injuries and ailments that has reduced appearances. Despite, many injuries including back issues, the 28 year old, Bryce Harper remains a Philly favorite.

Just in April, Harper began to suffer back pain flares that resulted in many missed games and a struggling Phillies team. Additionally, his back pain is a real concern, especially in long term investment. Remember, Phillies have a 13 year contract with Harper for which they paid him 330 million. Yet, his performance has still remained to be seen to determine if lonegevity is there for the young star. Phillies just may not get their money worth if he continues to be plagued with injuries. But, for now, they will take what they can get due to struggles overall with the team.

I’m fact, this album comes off the heels of his iconic Illmatic release. At that point, he set the bar for himself. It was up when Steve Stout came on board as manager to assist with future successes.
Nas’ second album, It Was Written, followed his groundbreaking debut Illmatic. The album had popular tracks like “The Message,” “Street Dreams,” and “If I Ruled the World” with Lauryn Hill. Marvel movie Fans have a long wait for the Guardians film. Unfortunately,Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is set to release on May 5, 2023.That hasn’t stopped fans from wanting any details they can get their hands on. Currently, Chris Pratt spoke with Variety stating he was ready to dish all. And, although not much was released, he has confirmed that production of the film will begin in November and James Gunn returns.

Chris Pratt confirmed that “Guardians of the Galaxy 3” starts filming later this year. However, in terms of what to expect from the film, Pratt was not revealing any more deatails.

Exciting news, regarding the animated movie, but fans were hoping for any information regarding the Injustice 3 game. Fans will have to settle with movie news but what exactly should we expect? Yet, there hasn’t been any announcements by NetherRealm regarding a sequel to the popular fighting game, Injustice. Fans have been waiting for Injustice 3 news and release for four years. However, Boss logic did release a photo, with the moniker of Injustic3, that seems to be a promo for the franchise sequel on it’s twitter account on Aug 9, 2020. Additionally, they tagged Ed Boon and the photo appears to tease the addition of the Watchmen characters with the doomsday clock, in Injustice 3. Since then, information has been scarce. Possibly attached to the release of the animated movie, may be a trailer to the Game if they are looking for optimum promotion exposure. Although, that piece of information is more speculation as this has not been officially confirmed.
