As it would have been said by KUTV2 News, the whole fuss happened near River Road and State Route 40. Carti was riding in a limo from his hotel in Park City en route to rehearsal at Utah Valley University when things got hot. The driver told the police an argument erupted between himself and Carti’s girlfriend, prompting him to pull over to cool things off. According to court documents, Carti then allegedly clocked the driver in the face, who started showing some redness and what looked like a knuckle imprint on the guy’s jaw. KSL News tossed in that, yes, Carti copped to throwing the punch and blamed it on the sudden stop, but his girlfriend and a security guard told different stories of being the aggressors instead.
