NYC’s Jeweliet Fills The “Prescription” On New Single

Following her breakout hit “Trikee,” rising star singer/songwriter Jeweliet shares the new single “Prescription.” Hailing from Brooklyn, the Italian-Chinese descent songbird supplies the necessary blend of Pop and R&B medicine on the new single about healing from love. “Prescription’ is about addictive energy and good vibes,” says the rising star. “It’s about how sometimes you have bad days and need someone to make everything okay. The cure is about letting go of what’s weighing you down and letting somebody be your healing, be your Rx.”

Jeweliet’s began pursuing music at three years old. She remembers: “My eccentric and positive outlook on music has influenced my style while creating. Some of my biggest inspirations are Lauryn Hill, Rhianna, Travis Scott, and Kanye West. With these ideas, I have developed my style, sound, and flow, which will change the music industry entirely.”

A perfect origin point for newfound fans, “Prescription” delivers the perfect energy for the fall after a summer-fling-filled season. “In this world, we all have problems from all walks of life, no matter what race or gender you are. I believe everyone carries the prescription to subscribe to friends or your significant other. Just remember light doses.”

“Prescription” is available now on all platforms via JuJu Frute LLC. Stream Jeweliet’s new song below.
