Strange things are happening at the home of Ed Buck, and now people want answers.
For the second time in just two years, two men have been pronounced dead at Ed Buck’s Los Angeles residence. The first incident, involving Gemmel Moore, happened in July 2017. Authorities say they found Moore lying on a couch unresponsive, with drug paraphernalia surrounding his bare body. The coroner declared it an overdose by methamphetamine. Moore was just 26-years-old. 
Buck claims the man was a troubled individual. In fact, he describes both victims as troubled. Bucks attorney, Seymour Amster, says: “This is a situation where Mr. Buck has had longtime friends who unfortunately do not handle their life well and then succumb when they are in the apartment of Mr. Buck.” Many people, however, believe the situation seems a little more than coincidental at this point. On Monday, authorities responded to a suspicious phone call. When paramedics arrived, the young man was pronounced dead at the scene. At the moment, the man remains unidentified, and the cause of death is still undetermined. Again, the incident took place at Buck’s West Hollywood home. Both victims were African-American and members of the LGBTQ community, which also raises question. Since the news broke, an investigation has been put in place. Authorities are investigating the situation, and conduction follow-up interviews regarding the 2017 death of Moore. Protestors gathered outside of Bucks home on Monday night. The Los Angeles LGBTQ Center issued a statement. It states that this is “a case that is so clearly linked to the health and safety of our community.”
