Several months following Bill Cosby’s infamous sentencing, a Philadelphia judge rejects his solemn plea for bail.
It was just this past September when the formerly world-renowned grandfather of Black sitcom, Bill Cosby, was sentenced to up to 10 years in prison after being found guilty on charges against Andrea Constand. Such charges have been cited as falling under the horrid classifications of sexual assault, drugging, and molestation.
The actor’s dismal reality continues as news has just come out that his request for early bail has been denied. The ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will now require him to remain in prison until his eligibility to reapply comes full circle once more.
The process is lengthy and uncertain, so there is no telling how the rest of Cosby’s journey will unfold.
What do you think? Do you think that Cosby should do the time for his crime, or has the justice system ruled unfairly in his case? Share your opinion down below and for more buzzing news, keep it locked on hypefresh.com!
