Tekashi69 pled not guilty, during his Monday morning court date.
At this moment, he still remains behind bars, as he awaits his next date with the judge. The judge has scheduled his next appearance in court for Sept. 4. Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, attempted to get the rapper out on bail, offering up $750k and a passport. The judge denied his request.
Tekashi remains in a gang neutral detention center. He’s been detained since Nov. 18, and is currently facing life in prison.
