Skip Bayless Allegedly Offered $1.5M to Fox Sports Worker for Sex

The controversial former Fox Sports commentator Skip Bayless finds himself at the center of a bombshell lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, a hairstylist who has worked with the network for over a decade. Faraji’s lawsuit, filed on January 5, 2025, in California Superior Court, accuses Bayless of years of unwanted sexual advances. Among the most salacious allegations is an alleged $1.5 million offer in 2021 for sexual relations, which Faraji says she firmly rebuffed.

The lawsuit outlines Bayless’ alleged misconduct against her from 2017 into 2024, relating incidents of unsolicited physical touches, including ongoing hugs and ‘cheek pecks.’ Faraji says her rejection of Bayless’ financial advancement proposition made him threaten the security of her job- an unbearable workplace action.

The complaint goes beyond Bayless to include Fox Sports and its parent company, Fox Corporation, as co-defendants. Faraji alleges the network created a toxic work environment that protected high-profile employees’ misbehavior with impunity. The lawsuit also ensnares Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon and host Joy Taylor in broader allegations of inappropriate behavior within the organization.

Faraji’s lawyers are seeking unspecified damages against Bayless and Fox Sports, contending she felt forced to tolerate his advances or else risk losing her job. The filing outlines a pattern of systemic neglect by Fox Sports leadership, with claims the network enabled a culture of mistreatment and abuse.

Skip Bayless and his attorney, Jared Levine, have not commented on the charges. Attempts to reach Bayless were unsuccessful. Fox Sports termed the allegations as serious but refused to comment any further because the matter is in the courts. And that silence, from both of them, has only further piqued public interest and fueled speculation.

These allegations arise at a time when Bayless’s career with Fox Sports has come under question. In 2024, his show Undisputed was canceled after ratings sharply declined once co-host Shannon Sharpe left the program. The fallout from his professional life now intertwines with these serious allegations, raising questions about Bayless’s legacy.

Faraji’s lawsuit represents at least the most recent in a line of cases that have brought to light the workplace culture issues within media companies. The case keeps the pressure on an industry where accusations of harassment and misconduct keep surfacing, highlighting the urgent need for accountability and systemic change.
