Bieber is claiming that it wasn’t his fault, and ask that the paparazzo member’s claim be tossed out. A source claims that the photographer in question doesn’t have a solid case. In addition that the man injuries happen at his own discretion. The incident took place back in 2017 at the Saban Theater in Los Angeles.

The photographer William Wilson, is accusing Bieber of negligence. Bieber would ultimately wait with Wilson until the ambulance arrived. Allegedly several other photographers were present taking photos while the star was attempting to leave. The Beverly Hills Police Department states that Bieber is “Fully cooperated with officers” at the time.
