People can’t seem to decide who’s better, the new rappers or the legendary emcees from the 90s. Luckily, some admirers don’t see a difference. Good music is just good music. Justin Bieber certainly loves both old and new rappers. The superstar did a recent interview with DJ Khaled where he revealed his top five favorite rappers.
Justin Bieber’s Top Five Favorite Rappers
It goes without saying that JB loves HipHop and R&B music. Additionally, he has friends in the rap scene like Quavo and Chris Brown. Though, when asked who are his top favorite rappers of all time, he didn’t mention a single one of his buddies. Sounds a little suspect but we’re sure he supports them all the same.
During a virtual interview with DJ Khaled on his “The First One’s” podcast, the 27-year-old revealed his top five favorite rappers as Lil Wayne, Biggie, Eminem, Kanye West and Drake. Clearly, the Biebs likes a good mixture of old school and mainstream artists. Those debating about whether or not old and new rappers are better should take notes. However, Bieber’s list changed slightly from his list back in 2015. Back then, JB rocked with Tupac, Mase, Nas, Biggie and Eminem. Apparently, he wasn’t willing to give up Biggie and Eminem. The Biebs has good taste in music.
Promoting His New Album
Not only does Justin Bieber have great taste in music, but he continues to release hits as well. The 27-year-old just came out with his 6th studio album Justice. Of course, he plenty to say about the musical journey he’s currently on. In talking with DJ Khaled on his “The First One’s” podcast, the star noted that his wife Hailey has been a major driving force in his creativity and music. Justin Bieber’s album “Justice” is expected to sell 130-140K copies in its first week, securing a #1 debut on the Billboard Charts, given his past record.
