Childlike: My real name is Stella Lucia Enriquez-Azzopardi turning 20 in March. I come from a mixed background (Filipino, German, and Maltese). I was born and raised in Toronto.
HYPEFRESH: Can you tell us about your new single, “Damage”?
Childlike: “Damage” is about finding out about the “other woman,” the breaking of trust, and how it completely shatters your self-esteem.
HYPEFRESH: What do you like most about being a music artist?
Childlike: My favorite part about being an artist is when I sit at the piano and all these ideas come to me. It flows out, almost as if a spirit has taken over me. There is no feeling of it being forced.
