Woman Arrested for Urinating on Airbnb Furniture & Selling Content Online

The strange complaint that was filed against an Airbnb host by the name of Nicolette Keough in Pensacola, Florida, has developed into a crime that involved felonies and national news coverage due to an X post by @DailyLoud.

According to court records and police reports, Nicolette Keough, age 31 years, of Pensacola, has been charged with committing several felony crimes of criminal mischief and property damages. She is alleged to have urinated on items such as furniture, beds, rugs, and household appliances in no less than three separate Airbnb houses and posted the video on adult subscription sites.

Later that year, guests stayed at a home on Riddick Drive between August 31 and September 11. Reports say the trouble started in 2025. After they left, the owners smelled sharp traces of urine. Tips came in through messages on the Airbnb platform. Footage seen online lined up with what happened there. That match brought law enforcement into the situation.

That March in 2026, Keough got taken into custody after wrecking two Airbnb spots downtown – both places sat on North Guillemard Street, under one owner. Cops put the first tally of harm near $5,355, touching things like an old Crown Royal chair, several rugs – one showed a tiger – a typewriter, seats at the table, a coffee machine, television, turntable, toaster, electric firebox, a vase, bedclothes, even part of a painted wall.

A new charge came in May 2026 for a separate incident, with damage in that case estimated around $17,000, pushing the cumulative total reported across properties above $22,000. Items in the additional case included mattresses, a sofa, and other furniture.

Pensacola Police Department spokesperson Mike Wood” commented on the unusual nature of the case in earlier statements, noting investigators had reviewed footage allegedly showing the acts.

Keough has appeared in court multiple times, including video appearances. She was initially released on bond after the March arrests reports cite amounts around $5,250 but a $10,000 bond for the May charge was revoked due to violations linked to a separate mid-March battery arrest. As of recent reports, she remains in Escambia County Jail.

Airbnb has permanently banned Keough from the platform. The company has stated it supports hosts through its AirCover protection program for damages and emphasizes that such incidents are rare.

The story gained significant traction online due to the unusual combination of short-term rental damage, alleged adult-content monetization, and the scale of reported financial impact on hosts. Social media discussions highlighted broader concerns about guest screening, property accountability on platforms like Airbnb, and detection challenges some hosts in related forums have discussed using UV lights for urine damage.

The case continues to unfold with potential for additional charges as more property owners review footage. Readers are encouraged to follow verified local reporting for updates.
