Lily Phillips, 23, Takes OnlyFans to Nursing Homes

Lily Phillips, a 23-year-old OnlyFans adult performer, has ignited a firestorm of controversy with her taking her business to elderly homes, where she engages in interactions with older men for her latest productions. Having already been in the news for her sleep-with-100-men-in-a-day publicity stunt, Phillips is now targeting an older market, and serious questions have been raised about consent, exploitation, and health dangers.

Having left university to work in the sex industry, Phillips has gained a massive following on OnlyFans and reportedly earns millions in revenue from subscribers. Her latest gig is visiting nursing homes, where she most recently visited with an 82-year-old named Steve. She says she gives him and his friends “a good time,” although information on what this entails is thin, with only glimpses posted on social media.

This phenomenon isn’t unique to Phillips. Another OnlyFans creator, Tiffany Wisconsin, did same kind of stunt for a Midwest nursing home tour, targeting elderly men for her content. Despite being banned from several facilities, Wisconsin justifies her pursuits by highlighting the “experience and care” older men bring to her work. The trend is gaining momentum, but it’s not without backlash.

The ethical stakes are high. Many nursing home residents suffer from cognitive impairments like dementia, casting doubt on their ability to give informed consent. Loneliness and isolation may also make these men easy targets for exploitation. On top of that, health risks loom large, with the potential spread of sexually transmitted diseases posing a threat in settings where immune systems are often fragile.

But profits appear to outweigh backlash for such creators. Phillips has made over $43 million in a single year on OnlyFans, and Wisconsin receives a reported $20,000 a week from her content aimed at elderly audiences. Another creator, Bonnie Blue, who has recently splurged on a custom Ferrari, is a testament to the lucrative nature of salacious content and shows how profitable the trend is.

As this movement grows, it’s sparking a larger conversation about how society views aging, sexuality, and the boundaries of adult content creation. Some defend these interactions as a form of companionship or empowerment for the elderly, but others see a disturbing pattern of exploiting vulnerable people for profit.
