Diddy Sued Again: Former Producer Claims Sexual Harassment, Assault, and Forced Drug Use

Sean “Diddy” Combs, the rap mogul, faces a new lawsuit from a former employee. The employee accuses Combs of sexual assault, harassment, and misconduct. The former employee, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, filed the lawsuit in a New York federal court on February 26, 2024. Jones worked with Combs from 2015 to 2019 as a music producer and videographer.

Jones says Combs repeatedly touched him without permission. Combs made him work in a bathroom while showering and walking around naked. Combs also pushed him to have sex with male and female sex workers. Jones also alleges that Combs was grooming him to pass him off to his friends and engaging in serious illegal activity.

In 2018, Jones claimed in a lawsuit that Combs and two sex workers drugged and may have raped him at Combs’ home in Miami. Jones says he recalls waking up naked, dizzy, and confused in bed with the three of them, and that he felt violated and traumatized by the experience.

Jones also claims that Combs owes him money for his work as a producer on Combs’ album The Love Album, which was released in 2019. Jones produced nine songs for the album. He believed he had a work-for-hire agreement with Combs. However, Combs did not pay Jones or give him credit for his work.

Shawn Holley, Combs’ lawyer, denied the claims. Holley called them “pure fiction” and said they have strong evidence proving the claims are lies. Holley also said that Combs will vigorously defend himself in court and seek damages from Jones for making false accusations.

This is not the first time Combs has faced such allegations. In recent months, he was named in several sexual assault lawsuits. One of the lawsuits was from the R&B singer Cassie. She claimed he physically and emotionally abused her throughout their 10-year relationship. That lawsuit was settled out of court in 2023.

These allegations are merely accusations, and it’s important to acknowledge that the legal process is currently ongoing. It’s important to remember that people are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
