King Harris Vows to Help Tootie Raww After Atlanta Arrest

King Harris, the 20-year-old son of rap legend T.I., has made a bold promise to support his close friend Tootie Raww, who was reportedly arrested in Atlanta for possessing multiple illegal firearms. In a now-viral statement, King allegedly said,

“I’m do my best to get ya out twin,”

Referring to Tootie Raww, the 22-year-old son of rapper Boosie BadAzz. The arrest, which reportedly involved a Glock switch, a device that illegally converts a semi-automatic handgun into a fully automatic weapon, has sparked intense debate online.

While claims also surfaced about Tootie carrying a shotgun, rifle, and other weapons, these details remain unconfirmed by authorities. The incident unfolded in Atlanta’s Midtown area, where Tootie Raww, whose real name is Torrence Hatch Jr., was allegedly apprehended after a brief chase by police. Sources claim he was found with a Glock handgun equipped with a switch, a device classified as a machine gun under federal law, which carries severe penalties. The young rapper, known for tracks like Raq Baby and Young Wild & Reckless, has not publicly addressed the arrest, and no official police report has confirmed the charges.

The situation is complicated by claims from controversial comedian Charleston White, who boasted on social media that he tipped off authorities, escalating his ongoing feud with Tootie and his father, Boosie BadAzz. King Harris and Tootie Raww share a tight bond, often collaborating on music and appearing together in public. Their friendship was recently highlighted when their fathers, T.I. and Boosie, confronted them during a music video shoot for using guns as props.

In a viral clip, T.I. warned the duo about the legal risks of portraying a “gangsta” lifestyle, stating,

“This s—t come at a cost.”

King later clarified on Instagram Live that he doesn’t own a gun and his tough persona is for “entertainment purposes only.” Despite this, King’s promise to help Tootie suggests a deep loyalty, though it’s unclear what steps he plans to take.

The arrest claims come at a turbulent time for both families. King Harris was arrested in 2024 in Georgia for failing to appear in court over vehicle violations, with police finding a gun on him during the stop.

Meanwhile, Boosie BadAzz is awaiting sentencing in a federal case for being a felon in possession of a firearm, facing up to two years in prison. These legal troubles underscore the fathers’ efforts to steer their sons away from similar paths, as seen in their passionate intervention during the music video incident.

Charleston White’s involvement adds a layer of skepticism to the story. Known for provoking rappers, White claimed he contacted Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to ensure Tootie’s arrest, citing harassment and threats.

However, sources close to the situation insist White had no role, as police were already surveilling Tootie.
