The charges against Tootie include possession of a sawed-off shotgun, sawed-off rifle, machine gun, dangerous weapon, or silencer (Warrant #EW-0497792) and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, a misdemeanor (Warrant #EW-0497793).

Charleston White, a comedian and provocateur with a history of feuding with Boosie and his family, claimed he contacted Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to report Tootie’s alleged possession of the Glock switch.
