Montero Lamar Hill also known as Lil Nas X became a chart-topping artist when releasing his biggest hit yet “Old Town Road” on SoundCloud. He will now become Chief Impact Officer in a unique collaboration with Taco Bell. The artist is known for his number one hit “Montero (Call Me by Your Name)”
The title of CIO is one that’s honorary. Where it compels both parties to create a one-of-a-kind experience revolving around the release of Nas X’s upcoming album “Montero”. In which they will go live in the first 60 days of their partnership.
On Monday, Lil Nas X tweeted about his nostalgic experience working at Taco Bell during high school. “Life has come full circle. I’m officially back working at Taco Bell,” the singer shared.

The two-time Grammy winner rapper is also working with The Taco Bell Foundation. Where it announced awards to their recipients of the Live Más Scholarship. In 2021 alone, a total of $7 million was awarded to 725 students.
Lil Nas X also made reference to Taco Bell in his music video “Sun Goes Down”.
