Jordan Brooks, the mother of late rapper JayDaYoungan’s child, faces explosive accusations of infidelity involving the rapper’s family members. Newly uncovered court documents allege that Brooks engaged in affairs with both JayDaYoungan’s brother, Kenyatta Scott Jr., and their father, Kenyatta Scott Sr., raising questions about the paternity of her child.
The allegations stem froman affidavit filed by Kenyatta Scott Jr. in a 2023 court case in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana. According to the document, Scott Jr. claims that his father had an affair with Brooks. The affidavit goes further, suggesting that the child Brooks shares with JayDaYoungan might not be his alone, hinting at multiple potential fathers, including members of the Scott family. The statement reads:
“That my father, Kenyatta Scott, Sr., has also had a [redacted] affair with the defendant, Jordan Brooks. Numerous people may father Jordan’s child.”
It adds that JayDaYoungan, whose real name was Javorius Tykies Scott, had long harbored doubts about the child’s paternity.
JayDaYoungan and Brooks had a very documented history. The two shared legal troubles, including a high-profile April 2020 marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession of narcotics, and tampering with evidence arrest in Georgia. JayDaYoungan had also been arrested in 2021 for domestic violence against Brooks when she was pregnant, further putting a strain on their relationship.
JayDaYoungan, whose tracks “23 Island” and “Elimination” feature, was shot and murdered on July 27, 2022, in Bogalusa, Louisiana. His father was also shot during the attack. His mother had suspicions about his death being a set up after his passing, even though she did not provide solid evidence. The case was open as of March 2025 with no arrests.
While renewed public interest has come with allegations of an affair, there has been no evidence to link Brooks to JayDaYoungan’s death. Brooks took to social media in September 2022 to refute rumors that she was involved in his death, tweeting,
“I’m so tired of y’all blaming me for a death that I had nothing to do with!”

Brooks has publicly explained how she was abused by them in the relationship, detailing acts of violence and emotional distress. She went to social media to reveal her ordeal, detailing her pain and resilience. Last year, she also accused JayDaYoungan of cheating on her with his sister, saying,
“I Was messing with his homeboy, You His Sister.”
