In the middle of Florida’s big tourist zone, something totally wild happened that’s got people buzzing classic “Florida Man” vibes all the way. This guy, Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, from Oviedo, ended up getting arrested after police said he was caught in a super weird act at the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, not far from Disney World.
It kicked off on January 22, 2026, when Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies got calls about a man flashing himself outside a house on Grassendale Street. Folks who saw it didn’t hesitate they whipped out their phones and recorded what the cops called a half-naked or fully nude dude
“performing sexually with a vacuum cleaner,”

The guy took off before the officers arrived, but it didn’t take long for things to come together. Those resident videos were gold, and detectives also pulled older footage from the resort’s HOA Blink cameras showing the same kind of stuff back in December 2025 on Almaton Loop. The sheriff’s release, as picked up by ClickOrlando, mentioned witness statements and phone clips of the man doing a sexual thing with the vacuum while not fully dressed.
Westerhold and his wife actually own Airbnb rentals in the resort, including spots on both Grassendale and Almaton. That’s got everyone side-eyeing the safety for families vacationing there. Luckily, no guests were part of these incidents, but there was also a Ring camera clip from January 21 showing him walking naked in a hallway, which just added to the concerns.
Then, on January 27, Oviedo cops grabbed him near his place at Osceola’s request. He was hauled to Seminole County Jail on a misdemeanor for exposing sexual organs, under Florida’s 800.03 statute. If he’s found guilty, that’s up to a year in jail and a grand in fines for a first-timer. Of course, he’s innocent until proven otherwise.
The whole mess blew up online after @Thefactsdude posted a WFTV clip on X on January 31, and it got tons of views. People jumped in with jokes like “That really sucks,” making memes out of what should be a straightforward charge. @Thefactsdude even noted the reporter’s great hair, throwing in that fun little aside. Big outlets like Fox News and KATV ran with it, keeping the crazy story going while reporting the details.
On a bigger note, this shows how stuff like Blink and Ring cameras are making it easier to catch local crimes, especially in busy tourist areas. Sheriff Marcos López told Fox News that tips from the community and video evidence are huge for keeping Kissimmee safe for visitors. It also brings up questions about Airbnb’s rules against criminal stuff by hosts though they haven’t said anything yet, according to KWCH.
