Charlie Sheen & Denise Richards Daughter Opens Up About Her Faith in Jesus

Lola Rose Sheen, the 19-year-old daughter of Hollywood stars Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, made news recently when she publicly declared her faith in Jesus Christ. In a string of tearful social media posts and on her new podcast, “Heavenly Bonded,” Lola has discussed how her spiritual journey transformed her life, saving her from a period of depression and anxiety.

Born on June 1, 2005, in Los Angeles, Lola came of age in the public eye as the sister of the famous acting couple. Her parents’ celebrity union ended in 2006, and public lifestyles ensured the Sheen-Richards family stayed in the public eye. While her sister, Sami Sheen, has been making headlines with her OnlyFans venture, Lola has taken a different path of spirituality and self-rejuvenation.

In January 2025, Lola announced on Instagram that she had been baptized, a milestone she described as life-changing.

“I hit rock bottom, feeling lost and hopeless,”

she wrote in a post dated January 22, 2025.

“But Jesus rescued me from darkness, gave me peace, and made my life worth living again.”

Alongside photos of her baptism, she shared how her faith brought her laughter where there were once only tears, offering a glimpse into her emotional transformation.

Her openness about battling mental health challenges has resonated with many. Lola revealed that she struggled with severe anxiety, a burden she carried until what she calls a “supernatural encounter” with Jesus shifted her perspective.

“He chose me when no one else did and loved me when I didn’t feel worthy,”

she shared, as reported by People Magazine. This pivotal moment led her to abandon earlier new-age practices, like using crystals, and embrace Christianity fully.

Beyond social media, Lola is extending her story through her podcast, “Heavenly Bonded,” launched earlier this year. The faith-based series, available on YouTube with new episodes every Sunday, aims to inspire others by exploring her walk with Jesus and life’s challenges.

“I want to encourage people who feel stuck or alone,”

she told CBN News. Her full testimony, shared on the podcast’s YouTube channel, details her journey from despair to hope, a narrative already gaining traction among listeners.

Lola’s faith journey also coincides with her upcoming appearance on the reality TV show “Denise Richards and Her Wild Things,” set to air later this year. Unlike her sister’s more provocative public persona, Lola sees the platform as a chance to “shine a light” on her beliefs, according to Movieguide. She plans to balance this with her college aspirations, signaling a future where faith and personal growth remain central.

The response to Lola’s story has been overwhelmingly positive.

    “It’s been so encouraging,”

she said, reflecting on the support from fans and followers. Her parents, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards have yet to comment publicly on her faith journey, but Lola’s focus remains on sharing hope rather than seeking approval.
