Two young men known online as lookalikes of rappers Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy have both been shot and killed, according to a post shared by the music and culture account My Mixtapez that drew more than 1 million views.
Deanta, known as Baby Durk, was shot and killed earlier in 2026 at age 20, the account stated. NCAA YoungBoy, also called Lil Pnut or 334 Lil Pnut, was found shot to death in 2022 at age 21.
My Mixtapez posted side-by-side photos of the two men next to the rappers they resembled, writing that both “clones” had “now both passed away, both shot and killed.” In a follow-up post the account identified Deanta as the Lil Durk lookalike and noted that NCAA YoungBoy “was shot and killed during a robbery attempt in 2022.”
Lil Pnut, whose real name has not been widely reported in coverage of his death, gained a following by posting comedy videos and impressions of NBA YoungBoy, the Louisiana rapper whose legal name is Kentrell Gaulden. He used the handle 334lil_pnut on Instagram, where he had more than 150,000 followers, and was sometimes billed as NCAA YoungBoy as a play on the rapper’s name.
Union Springs police in Alabama said a body was discovered early on January 28 or 29, 2022, along Hicks Industrial Road in a wooded area near the influencer’s hometown. The Source and other outlets confirmed the body belonged to the 21-year-old social media personality. Authorities reported gunshot wounds. No suspects were named in initial reports, and the precise motive remained unclear at the time. Some later accounts described the killing as occurring during a robbery attempt, though official statements from Union Springs police did not publicly detail that circumstance.
A close friend who posted under the YouTube name clutch318money said Lil Pnut had recently returned home to Alabama and had been asking about coming back to Louisiana. Fans and online acquaintances shared tributes, describing him as a lighthearted figure who leaned into the resemblance for entertainment.
