Vallen Ada Marie Hrabb Charged With 26 Felonies in Florida for Animal Cruelty & Child Pornography

A 24-year-old woman from Santa Rosa County, Florida, is currently facing a total of 26 third-degree felony charges after investigators claim a tip from Snapchat led them directly to her.

Vallen Ada Marie Hrabb was arrested by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office on March 24, 2026. According to the arrest report, Vallen Ada Marie Hrabb is being charged with three counts of sexual contact with an animal, 20 counts of filming or possessing videos of sex acts involving an animal, two counts of possessing images of child abuse, and one count of using a two-way communication device to commit a felony offense.

The investigation into Hrabb’s case was initiated last August 2025 when National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a cyber tip from Snapchat. The detectives tracked the account to Hrabb by identifying her IP address at an RV park in Milton. They also associated social media profiles and a unique tattoo visible on the profile picture. In January 2026, a search warrant was executed on Hrabb’s residence, where the detectives confiscated Hrabb’s electronic devices. Forensic analysis of the devices was completed in February.

During a recorded interview, Hrabb reportedly admitted to recording about 5 to 7 videos of herself engaging in sexual acts with her dog. She told investigators a friend had introduced her to it, that she “liked it,” and that she made the videos “out of boredom.” She also admitted sharing those videos online. In addition to that, she also confessed to saving and receiving child sexual abuse material, such as content depicting an infant, which came to her unsolicited through Snapchat and Telegram.

She is currently in custody in the Santa Rosa County Jail. However, the next day, she posted a $65,000 bail, which is equivalent to about $2,500 for each of the charges. The strict pretrial conditions imposed by the judge include having no internet access and having no contact with minors. Her arraignment is set for April 23, 2026, in Santa Rosa County circuit court.

This case highlights how platforms like Snapchat and Telegram automatically flag and forward prohibited content to NCMEC. From there, digital forensics teams track IP addresses and device data a now-standard process in these kinds of online investigations.

A post about the case on X from the account @SeeRacists racked up over 300,000 views, with many people reacting with shock and disgust. Some users pointed out that any images shared online had the dog’s face blurred to protect the animal, which is listed as a victim in the case.

The case is still ongoing. Hrabb has not entered a plea as of yet. Like any person accused of a crime, she is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
