India Love Quits OnlyFans Despite Earning Millions

I wanted to be more than my OnlyFans image.

That’s the message fans believe India Love Westbrooks is sending whether directly or not after a viral June 27 post by @DailyLoud on X claimed the influencer had left OnlyFans despite reportedly making millions, due to “all the judgment and negativity.”

But here’s the truth: while the claim has captivated audiences across the US, UK, and beyond, it remains unverified. There’s no direct quote from India Love, no Instagram post, no public interview to confirm the story.

Regardless, though, this post resonates. It strikes a nerve because it speaks to something real: the emotional toll of existing as a woman especially a woman of color building a reputation within an virtual world where vulnerability is demanded of yet judgment is returned.

India Love, or as she was born India Westbrooks, isn’t a stranger to attention. Originally a Tumblr sensation back in 2011, she went on to gain millions of followers on Instagram as well as star in a 2015 BET reality show titled The Westbrooks. Since then, she’s graced covers of big fashion magazines, released an album of music, and built a brand of fearlessness and internet savvy.

At some point, she joined OnlyFans a subscription-based content platform best known for adult content where she reportedly earned substantial income. That part of the story fits: top creators on the platform have been known to earn millions, although the average monthly income is closer to $150–180, according to platform statistics.

But financial gain doesn’t protect against emotional harm.

The now-viral claim says India Love quit OnlyFans in mid-2025 because of relentless judgment and negativity, despite her massive success. @DailyLoud’s post on X sparked waves of reactions, but the quote“India Love says she quit OnlyFans despite making millions because of all the judgment and negativity”has no attached source or verified statement.

If the post is true, India Love’s reported decision fits into a larger trend. Many creators like Mia Khalifa, Amouranth, and Jordyn Woods have left OnlyFans due to burnout, privacy concerns, and constant moral judgment. A 2021 University of New South Wales study on digital stigma found that over 60% of women content creators face forms of “slut-shaming,” often leading to mental health issues.

In addition, India Love was also affected by a 2023 leak of herOnlyFans content raising concerns about online digital security and confirming the emotional impact of posting personal content online.

There are signs she’s heading into a different direction. There has been speculation on social media about ramping up activity on Platform Twitch, as she streams lifestyle and gaming content. There is speculation this move is a form of reclaiming ownership of how she’s perceived and removing herself from performing adult content.

India Love’s exit is bigger than a celebrity scoop. It’s part of a larger cultural conversation about how society has toward women especially women of colors whose online lives become revenue streams. It’s also a sign of the emotional labor of having always to be looked at, judged, and held culpable to generate all of it for clicks.

Although the claim has yet to be officially established, the reaction to it reveals how fragile the thin boundary between good health and fame is these days.
