Filed in late June 2025, the case has sent shockwaves through Hollywood, accusing the music mogul and his son of luring a woman to Los Angeles under false pretenses, only for her to face a brutal assault by three masked men.
The plaintiff, a Hollywood woman whose identity remains protected, alleges the incident took place in April 2017. According to court documents, Justin Combs contacted her via Snapchat, initially asking for risqué photos before promising career opportunities through his and his father’s industry connections. She was flown from New Orleans to L.A. for what she believed was a job with Remote TV. Instead, she was taken to a Beverly Hills house, where she consumed alcohol, marijuana, and pills she suspects were laced, rendering her incapacitated.
The lawsuit details a terrifying sequence of events: three men in masquerade masks arrived, and the woman endured a gang rape from Saturday evening to Sunday midday. She claims one of the assailants was Diddy, identified by his stature, mannerisms, and Justin calling him “Pops.” The allegations include charges of sexual battery and gender violence, with the woman reporting severe emotional distress, anxiety, and physical harm as a result.
Represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is handling multiple cases against Diddy, the plaintiff seeks justice for the profound trauma she endured. This lawsuit joins a wave of over 60 civil claims against the music icon, who is also facing a separate federal trial for sex trafficking and racketeering. Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations, stating he has never engaged in sexual assault or trafficking and expressing confidence in a court victory.
