How to get into Carnegie Hall? Just showcase your voice in the subway like Emily Zamourka!

A homeless Russian woman, Emily Zamourka, just landed a record deal from a viral video!

Emily Zamourka has been offered a recording contract, TMZ reports.

Grammy-nominated music producer Joel Diamond tells TMZ he has an offer letter for Zamourka in the hopes of making a “huge classical-EDM crossover hit record for the subway soprano.”

Joel Diamond says her first record will be called “Paradise” and released on Silver Blue Records.

The producer first learned of Emily Zamourka after the Los Angeles Police Department tweeted a video of her singing opera in a subway station.

Emily recently spoke to ABC7 about her newly founded fame and her past.

Emily Zamourka moved to the United States more than two decades ago. She started by teaching violin and piano lessons but fell ill and became homeless when she couldn’t afford medical care.

“I have people that feel sorry for me, but I don’t want to burden anybody,” she told ABC 7.

Despite how she feels, others feel compelled to help her out. People made two GoFundMe pages for the singer, one over 50,000 and the other at 32,000.
