TikToker Transforms Home Into Free 7-Eleven for Delivery Drivers

Serena Neel, the TikTok creator known for her wholesome gestures toward service workers, has taken her community appreciation efforts to new heights — by turning her front porch into a fully stocked, free pop-up 7-Eleven.

The viral project, documented in a series of videos posted in early June 2026, quickly captured the internet’s attention, with key clips racking up tens of millions of views. Neel (@serenaneel), who has built a following through smaller acts like mini-fridge restocks, pizza parties and other surprises for delivery drivers and mail carriers, went all out for her biggest creation yet.

Neel sourced shelves from a closing Dollar Tree, tripled the hanging space for snacks, constructed a fake storefront entrance and equipped the setup with industrial fridges, a hot dog roller, cheese dispenser, warming oven and a slushie freezer. Bulk supplies from Costco filled the porch with chips, drinks, hot dogs, popsicles and even small essentials, all offered at no cost to the hardworking drivers who frequent her neighborhood.

In an opening announcement video, Neel declared, “Hear ye, hear ye! My free 7-Eleven is now open!” Drivers were encouraged to help themselves, and many responded with visible surprise and gratitude during their routes. The pop-up ran for multiple days, drawing not only delivery workers but also neighbors and passersby, fostering a sense of mini community event.

The stunt even attracted a real 7-Eleven franchise owner, who stopped by to check out the operation and offer a playful review. But the biggest brand reaction came directly from 7-Eleven itself. The company’s Canada social media team commented on Neel’s content with a now-viral line: “Serena, you’re hired!” The main account joined in the fun, noting they were “still waiting for my inviteeeee.”

Neel has joked that the elaborate setup may have raised a few eyebrows with her HOA, but the overwhelming response from drivers and viewers alike has been one of pure appreciation. Her videos showcase the full process — from building and stocking to heartfelt interactions — in a style reminiscent of the creative, feel-good chaos popularized by creators like the late Jenna Marbles.

Neel’s consistent focus on brightening the days of often-overlooked workers has resonated widely, proving once again the power of genuine, uplifting gestures to capture mainstream attention.

Whether this leads to an actual job offer from 7-Eleven remains to be seen, but for now, Neel’s porch has become one of the most welcoming stops on any delivery route.
