A comedian and the star that plays the infamous “Fat Amy” on Pitch Perfect, Rebel Wilson is a mom to her first baby via surrogate. Wilson announced the exciting news via Instagram, and from the pink unicorn shoes, fans knew it was a girl!
“I’m thrilled to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born last week through a surrogate. Words can’t express the love I have for her. She’s a beautiful miracle! I am eternally grateful to everyone involved, especially my incredible surrogate, who carried and delivered her with grace and care. Thank you for helping me create my own family. It’s truly the greatest gift!”
Wilson & Arguma Co-Parenting?
The two took Europe earlier this year!
Wilson and her girlfriend, Ramona Arguma, while it’s unclear if she will be co-parenting. The two welcomed this baby girl into the world and could not be happier. According to rumors back in June, Wilson was engaged to her partner. However, the star brought the Disneyland magic to an end.
The Bridesmaid star took to Instagram to post, “Thanks for the good wishes, but we are NOT engaged!”
In May, according to PEOPLE, the star decided to embark on her “year of health” in 2020 because of her dreams to become a mom. In 2021, Wilson received ‘bad news about her fertility struggle and felt the love from fans that she deeply needed.
“The universe is unpredictable, and sometimes it’s hard to understand. But I’m hopeful there’s a glimmer of hope amidst these difficult times. Social media came to the rescue when I felt incredibly isolated, connecting me with others.”
New Chapter, New Beginnings
Through the years, Wilson has condoned new confidence. That has this new mom on the go and ready to take on something new.
The Senior Year star added, “I am ready to give little Roycie all the love imaginable. I am learning quickly…much respect for all the Mums out there!”
