Spotlighted as one of DJ Mag’s 12 emerging artists In February, Nostalgix showcased her unique mix of house and dance styles, gaining a strong reputation in the global dance music scene.
During the past year, the talented artist, originally from Iran but raised in Canada, released her own music through several influential record labels. Her debut EP, OG Sins, came out on AC Slater’s Night Bass, and she also dropped singles like “Mess With Me” and “Locked & Loaded,” released via Tchami’s Confession imprint.
She’s currently tapped to support dates on AC Slater’s Hi8 Tour this spring and will also appear this summer at the Fvded In The Park festival in Surrey.
Final Thoughts
Nostalgix collaborates with up-and-coming Finnish producer Vouti on “Brat,” combining their distinct styles of bassy tech house.
His back catalog includes a string of catchy records released through Toolroom, IN / ROTATION and Box of Cats. Most recently, his Dirty EP hit #2 on Beatport’s Bass House Chart. Vouti plans to make his US live debut at Space Yacht in late 2020.
