Kodak Black asked the judge for a Jolly Rancher from the bowl on the bench before leaving the room. The judge ruled in favor of his defense team and allowed him to enter a 30-day drug treatment program instead of going to jail.
He also requested that the judge allow him to perform at Rolling Loud California this weekend so he can donate some of the money he makes from the event to his scholarship fund. He is scheduled to begin his rehab program on March 7.
