Kevin Spacey is in a heap of trouble, now that he’s the latest target in sexual assault charges. But his lawyers aren’t having it.
Spacey is being accused of groping a young man, who was 18-years-old at the time, at the Club Car bar on Nantucket Island. The victim says that Spacey groped him, without having consent. Spacey’s lawyers argue that isn’t what really happened. Spacey even released a creepy video after the teenage assault went public.
According to the lawyers, the victim allowed Spacey to touch him for up to three minutes, without interruption or any signs or displeasure. Attorney Alan Jackson told the judge, “That’s an incredibly long time to have a strange man’s hands in your pants, correct?”
However, the victim recounts a different version of the story. According to the victim, as reported by TMZ, Spacey cornered him. The victim recalls the bar being too crowded to make a getaway, therefore he was stuck.
In the end, the judge ruled in favor of the victim. Spacey was charged with felony indecent assault and battery.
