Monica began her journey as a model, where she discovered her passion for design and renovation. Traveling to places like Italy and viewing the architecture stimulated her mind and sparked her interest in design. As a single mom, she bought and remodeled her first home, which catalyzed her career. Later, she and her husband, Mike, founded Miraglilo Properties, specializing in transforming city homes into crown jewels that shine with personality and style. Girlbuild, Monica’s latest project, takes her passion further by allowing women to build, renovate, and take ownership of their own spaces.
Monica seeks to empower and inspire women to take control of their own lives and futures. She wants to instill confidence in women as she believes women can be builders too. “We build families, we build relationships, and we build homes,” says Miraglilo.
