A surveillance video that dropped on April 2 via @mymixtapez on X has already blown past 2.5 million views and is blowing up everywhere on Instagram and Facebook. The black-and-white clip runs about 51 seconds and shows New Jersey rapper Fuzzy Fazu a longtime Fetty Wap affiliate and part of the 1738 crew standing on a residential street in Paterson. Out of nowhere, a black SUV pulls up in broad daylight. Several armed guys jump out with guns drawn, surround him, and make him hand over his chains and watches.
Fuzzy keeps his cool the whole time. He takes the jewelry off without any fight and just stands there as his boys scatter and run the second the guns come out. The robbers snatch everything and speed off, leaving him alone on the sidewalk. Someone laid a rap track about street life over the silent security footage.

Reactions online split quick. A lot of people praised Fuzzy for staying calm and making the smart call give up the stuff and live to rap another day instead of turning it into a shootout. At the same time, his crew caught heavy heat for bolting so fast. Folks questioned their loyalty and wondered why nobody stepped up. Fuzzy Fazu (also called Fuzz Fazu or Fuzu online) is a Paterson artist known for tracks with Fetty Wap like “Bad Lil One” and collabs with guys like Fatboy SSE. This kind of thing isn’t new around Fetty’s circle.
