Eminem’s Daughter Alaina Weds in Detroit
Eminem’s youngest child, 30-year-old Alaina Scott, married her longtime boyfriend Matt Moeller on June 9 in Detroit, Michigan.
She shared a carousel of Instagram snaps from her special day, posing in her Katerina Bocci bridal gown with a bejeweled headband and long, trailing veil alongside Moeller, who looked dapper in a white tux jacket and black tie.
Alaina’s sister, Hailie Jade Scott, Eminem‘s daughter by his ex-wife Kim was the maid of honor.
Wedding Bells
Alaina, who also goes by the nickname Lainey in some of her rapper father’s songs, wrote “June 9, 2023, simply one of the best days of my life” in the caption for a photo of her and her new husband kissing on a rooftop.
Other snaps showed the couple smooching in an elevator, hugging next to their vintage limo, flashing their wedding rings, and posing with their motorcade of wedding party members, including Hailie Jade, who served as her sister’s maid of honor.
Tragedy
Despite the tragic death of their biological mother, Dawn Scott also the sister of Eminem’s late ex-wife Kim Mathers — in 2016, the two girls are very close and often show love and support for each other.
Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, legally adopted Alaina – who he calls “Lenny” in some of his lyrics – in the early 2000s and also has a daughter with Kim, Stevie Laine Scott, 21, whom he adopted from Kim’s previous man she dated between their two marriages to Eminem.
Meanwhile, the rapper’s other daughter, Hailie, recently put a ring on it, accepting her longtime boyfriend Evan McClintock’s proposal in February.
In a recent episode of his podcast, Hailie told a story about how her fiancé asked for her father’s blessing before getting down on one knee.
