On April 8, 2025, Boosie was in a bad car accident in Atlanta. It happened in Union City, near South Fulton Parkway and Mason Road, when another car reportedly ran a red light and smashed into the BMW he was riding in. At first, Boosie said he was “banged up but good” and left the hospital soon after. But things changed fast. He started feeling severe chest pains that wouldn’t go away, so he kept going back to the hospital.

Even after several visits to Atlanta hospitals, doctors kept telling him they couldn’t find anything wrong. Boosie wasn’t happy about that. Feeling ignored, he hopped on social media to let everyone know how he felt. On April 17, 2025, he posted on X,
