Crawley was admitted to North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo on August 4, 2025, struggling to breathe. Doctors placed him on a ventilator as his oxygen levels plummeted, and he was soon moved to the Intensive Care Unit. Despite a brief moment of hope when his condition seemed to stabilize, Crawley suffered a heart attack the week before his death. On August 18, he succumbed to cardiac arrest, surrounded by family.
Known for his infectious humor and distinctive beard, Crawley won hearts with his reaction videos, especially his viral “Cinnamenem roll” rant, which racked up nearly 44 million views. His content, a mix of sharp wit and relatable commentary on everyday topics like food, resonated with fans worldwide. He also co-hosted a podcast with friend Anthony Caruso, known as Shabisky, further cementing his place in the online community.
The news of his passing was shared by Caruso through a GoFundMe page, originally set up to cover Crawley’s medical expenses. Crawley faced significant financial strain as his family’s primary provider without health insurance. The fundraiser, now supporting funeral costs and his mother, has raised over $2,200 toward its $9,000 goal. Crawley’s cousin, Tonya Palmer, also confirmed his death on Facebook, thanking fans for their overwhelming support.
Tributes have poured in across social media, with fans remembering Crawley’s ability to brighten their days. One supporter wrote in the Glenfield Funeral Home obituary guest book,
“His videos made my bad days so much better. Rest in peace, KingBeardX.”
Another fan commented on his final TikTok post from July 22, 2025, a call for a Mississippi meet-and-greet, saying,
“You were like family to us. We’ll miss you.”
A YouTube livestream hosted by Caruso and friend Benpai on August 18 celebrated Crawley’s legacy, reminding everyone of the joy he brought to millions.
