Philadelphia artist Anyee Wright has been relatively quiet since the release of her stellar project Busy. Bust she is back to grind more than ever. Anyee’s previous body of work has been hands down some of her best.
But, with her new video “Street Smart,” she is showing that she still has the drive to get her voice heard. In the David Hager-directed video, viewers are able to see the city from her perspective, e.g. what she does on a regular basis in Philly.
Is this young artist ready to be crowned as Philly’s next upcomer? We shall see.
