Lady Gaga and her fiancĂ© Michael Polansky have been photographed for the first time with their newborn baby during a low-key Northern California outing, multiple outlets reported on Friday, Sept. 11, 2026. The couple has not yet made a formal announcement, and the baby’s name, sex and exact date of birth have not been made public.
In exclusive photos first obtained by Page Six, the 40-year-old singer was seen carrying the infant close to her chest as she walked alongside Polansky, 42. Gaga wore loose white pants, an oversized coat and dark sunglasses, with her hair pulled back. Polansky was dressed casually in shorts, a hoodie and a baseball cap. A third woman, whose identity was not disclosed, walked with the couple. Representatives for Gaga did not respond to requests for comment from multiple outlets.
Gaga held a protective hand over the baby throughout the walk. Separate reporting indicates the couple had been staying low at a Marin County residence the singer recently purchased.
The sighting confirms a months-long online speculation cycle about when the couple would become parents. Gaga had previously spoken openly about her wish to start a family, telling The New York Times in a March 2025 conversation that she was excited about the prospect and wanted to give children space to discover themselves. In November 2025, she called motherhood her “next starring role” on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
The sighting marks the first public appearance of the new family of three. Gaga, whose full name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, and Polansky had kept a low public profile in recent months after she wrapped her Mayhem Ball tour on April 13, 2026, at Madison Square Garden in New York. Polansky, born September 26, 1983, in Minnesota, is an entrepreneur and Harvard University graduate who studied applied mathematics and computer science. He serves as executive director of the Parker Foundation, which he co-founded with Sean Parker, and sits on the boards of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy and Gaga’s beauty brand Haus Labs.
