Tracy Morgan Seen Crying After Knicks’ Epic Game 4 NBA Finals Comeback

Comedian and lifelong New York Knicks superfan Tracy Morgan was captured in an emotional moment in the back of his matte black Rolls-Royce following the team’s dramatic Game 4 victory in the 2026 NBA Finals.

The Knicks erased a 29-point deficit to defeat the San Antonio Spurs 107-106 at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night, taking a 3-1 series lead. The comeback is now the largest in NBA Finals history.

Videos and photos of Morgan, visibly overcome with emotion and pumping his fist while interacting with celebrating fans outside the arena, quickly went viral across X, Instagram, TikTok and entertainment sites. The 30 Rock alum, who has been a vocal and emotional presence throughout the Knicks’ playoff run, appeared to be processing decades of fan frustration turning into hope.

Morgan has been deeply invested in this postseason. He previously broke down in tears when the Knicks clinched their Finals berth, attended games with Tina Fey, and made headlines with his bold and colorful predictions for the team.

The game itself was unforgettable. Down 25 points at halftime and reportedly trailing by 29 late in the third quarter — a deficit that gave San Antonio a 99.6% win probability — the Knicks mounted an improbable rally. Jalen Brunson led the charge with 36 points, while OG Anunoby delivered the game-winning putback tip-in with 1.2 seconds remaining.

The capacity crowd at Madison Square Garden erupted as the Knicks completed the historic 29-point comeback, surpassing the previous Finals record. The Spurs, led by Victor Wembanyama, dominated early with strong three-point shooting but couldn’t maintain their lead as New York’s defense took over in the second half.

The Knicks, who hadn’t reached the NBA Finals since 1999 and last won a championship in 1973, are now one victory away from ending a long title drought.
