A number of guns were seized from Lindsey, including several rifles and a handgun. Immediately after the apprehension, Lindsey was moved into custody in Fulton County.
The efforts made by the law enforcement agencies received praise from Lamar County Sheriff Brad White.

His label, Youngguns Entertainment, issued a statement saying they were “unaware of the situation” and are working with legal counsel.
Lindsey’s arrest has gained a lot of publicity because of the age of the suspect, his success in the music industry, and the fact that it occurred at such an opportune moment when he was giving a performance at a club.
There is no clear indication of the identity of the alleged victims, the motive behind the alleged crime, or details on how this 2024 case came to light by the authorities. It is yet to be seen whether further charges could arise out of the seized weapons.
This case highlights ongoing conversations in Georgia about young artists navigating rising careers alongside serious legal allegations. Fulton County has seen elevated rates of firearm-related incidents in recent years, though no direct link beyond the charges has been confirmed here.
As with all criminal cases, these are allegations. Lindsey is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Court proceedings in Fulton County will determine the next steps. Readers should follow official updates and avoid speculation. Law enforcement continues to lead the investigation.
