There has been wild speculation on social media since a leaked video appeared asserting that rapper NBA YoungBoy forced OnlyFans model Paris McCoy into quitting her job, getting him to inscribe his name on her body, and scheming a “secret baby” and keeping their alleged relationship a secret from everyone, including his wife.
The claims, which went viral over the weekend through TikTok and Instagram, have been heavily shared by hip-hop sites such as MyMixtapez and HotNewHipHop, fueling online speculation.
YoungBoy NBA or Kentrell DeSean Gaulden is a highly streamed American rapper commonly known for raw and emotional lyrical writing and a devoted Gen Z fan base. At a very young age of 25, this young artist has gained a massive online fan base through over 12 million Instagram followers and 11 million YouTube subscribers.
But YoungBoy’s personal life has been as headline-grabbing as his music. He has 10 publicly verified children from at least eight women, People reports. In January of 2023, he was married to influencer Jazlyn Mychelle, although online rumor frequently has him manipulated by relationships that are not marriages.
The rapper has also faced several legal troubles over the years, including multiple arrests on gun-related charges. As of late 2024, he has been under house arrest, further intensifying public curiosity about his personal life.
In a series of videos posted under the handle @paris.mccoy, Paris McCoy describes what she claims was a secretive relationship with YoungBoy starting in April 2025.
“We were together, and he wanted to keep me secret from the world,”
McCoy says in one clip.
“He wanted me to be his baby mama but wanted it to be a secret from the world and his wife.”
McCoy alleges that YoungBoy persuaded her to quit her job, leaving her financially dependent on him. She also claims he pressured her into tattooing his name, “Kentrell,” on her body and that she complied.
She further alleges that while accompanying YoungBoy during his European tour this summer, she was “stuck in a hotel room the whole time,” feeling isolated and controlled.
“Whenever those girls call this man a manipulator, it’s the truth,”
states McCoy in her videos.
Indeed, none of those claims have been independently confirmed. YoungBoy and his team have not publicly responded thus far.
The videos quickly gained steam, and TikTok videos reached hundreds of thousands of views before reposts everywhere on Instagram and X. Hip-hop music sites like MyMixtapez popularized the story, and a heated debate emerged among fans.
Some felt sympathetic toward McCoy, while other users questioned her motives and character. Some commenters recalled other instances in which YoungBoy’s girls, including his ex Jania Meshell, got his name tattooed in public suggesting there may be a precedent.
Although the story went viral, no mainstream outlet has confirmed it. To date, only recaps from hip-hop blogs and aggregation accounts have surfaced.
This is not the first time that the personal relationships of YoungBoy have generated public commotion. Various women like Jania Meshell have had his name tattooed, often amid rumors of emotional manipulation.
YoungBoy’s complex family dynamics, involving over 10 children and assorted partners, has long fuelled internet gossip. “Secret babies” gossip isn’t new among his fan community, even though very few have been substantiated publicly.
Until now, the charges are unsubstantiated and should be approached carefully. Although they make up a part of the rapper’s highly controversial reputation, there is no verification at this time other than McCoy’s own testimony.

YoungBoy always in the spotlight for the wrong reasons. Hope the truth comes out soon.
