A tiny Vietnamese Corgi puppy named Gody has become an accidental internet legend after his owner walked into the room one day and froze in horror.
There, on the floor, lay Gody — just two months old — completely covered head to toe in a bright red, sticky liquid. He was lying flat on his back, eyes closed, looking exactly like a victim from a crime scene straight out of a thriller. The “pool of blood” was so realistic that his owner’s heart actually stopped for a second.
But here’s the kicker: it wasn’t blood at all.
It was dragon fruit — the bright-red, jelly-like fruit beloved across Vietnam.
Gody had gone on what can only be described as an epic snack attack. The naughty puppy rolled around in the juicy, sticky remains of the fruit, then flopped onto his favorite sleeping spot: belly-up on the floor, fast asleep. The result? A perfectly staged “fake murder” scene that had even fooled his owner.
Later, when Gody finally woke up, shook the mess off and started running around like nothing happened, the truth came out.
According to the puppy’s owner, who runs the Facebook page “candythecorgiofficiall” (named after Gody’s mom, Candy):
“He is a baby… he likes to get himself dirty and sleep a lot. He also loves to eat fruits… This was his first time eating dragon fruit. I found that very interesting so I took photos of him.”
The owner also noted that Gody was still in the very early stages of training — classic Corgi stubbornness in a tiny package. And that mess? Gody has form. He’s done the same thing with watermelon and other juicy fruits.
The owner snapped the photos and posted them with a simple caption: “Look what the naughty dogdo did!”
Within hours, the internet lost its mind.
Comments poured in from all over:
- “My heart stopped…”
- “That’s the scariest and cutest thing I’ve ever seen”
- “Poor Gody — he’s just a baby Corgi being a baby Corgi”
The post exploded past 74,000–76,000 followers, and the photos were shared far and wide on sites like Bored Panda and TVovermind. Gody’s dragon-fruit “crime scene” shots alone racked up thousands of likes and shares.
Gody survived his brush with horror completely unharmed. He grew up into a thriving, chaotic little Corgi still living his best life in Vietnam — the ultimate snack-loving, belly-sleeping, messy-napper legend.
His Facebook page continues to share the wildest (and messiest) moments of his life.
