Streamer University Police Vehicles Spotted as Kai Cenat Appoints Fanum

Kai Cenat has introduced a new layer of immersive production to his Streamer University creator bootcamp, announcing the launch of an in-house Police Department with Fanum serving as its lead officer.

The revelation came during Cenat’s return to Twitch on July 7, his first major livestream in approximately eight months. The stream drew significant viewership, surpassing 600,000 concurrent users on the platform and over 1 million across multiple channels.

Cenat framed the addition as both a practical measure for event management and a comedic element in line with the high-energy, meme-driven atmosphere of his gatherings. Fanum, a prominent member of the AMP collective known for his viral “Fanum tax” persona, will head the department alongside Walton.

According to details shared during the broadcast, the “PD” will enforce rules including restrictions on sneaking out, unauthorized gatherings and trespassing, adding a playful but structured layer of oversight to the event. Shortly after the announcement, custom-branded police vehicles were spotted patrolling the campus area, with recent sightings reported as recently as July 14 and 15.

The current edition of Streamer University is understood to be taking place in Arkansas. The initiative builds on previous iterations of the event, which have emphasized tight security and crowd control. In May 2025, the bootcamp was held at the University of Akron with around 120 selected up-and-coming creators. Earlier auditions and events, including those in Atlanta, have involved real-world police coordination following crowd-related incidents.

Cenat has positioned Streamer University as an annual large-scale experience that combines mentorship in content creation, streaming techniques and audience engagement with elaborate production elements. The inclusion of an internal police department continues the event’s tradition of blending entertainment with operational boundaries.

The casting of Fanum has already sparked widespread online reactions, with fans generating memes centered on the streamer’s signature humor applied to a law enforcement role. Cenat and the AMP group have a track record of turning real-life moments into shareable content, and this latest development appears designed to fuel further engagement as the event ramps up.

Additional details regarding the full participant list, schedule and programming are expected in the coming days. Streamer University continues to stand out in the evolving creator economy as a high-visibility platform for emerging talent.
