    DMX’s Ex-Manager Chimes In

    According to X’s ex-manager, Nakia Walker, reported that the rapper is in a vegetative state.

    We’re just praying,” she told the outlet, adding that members of the Simmons family have been allowed to visit him in the hospital. According to Walker’s statement to Buzzfeed News, Simmons is still in a vegetative state with lung and brain failure, and no brain activity.

    Most notably, members of the Ruff Ryder’s motorcycle crew — linked to DMX’s rap collective — rallied outside of White Plains Hospital. The group came to pay respects, offer their prayers for his recovery, and play his music

    Jay-Z Praises Passage of NY’s Marijuana Legalization Bill

    Rapper mogul JAY-Z is speaking out in favor of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s recent passage of bill S.854-A/A.1248-A.

    What’s in The Bill? 

    In fact, Governor Cuomo signed the bill that through the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA). The bill enables records to be immediately expunged for individuals convicted of anything less than 25 grams of marijuana. In addition, the state projects that it will collect $350 million annually in tax revenue. Moreover, 40 percent to be directed to the education system. This plan will create between 30,000 to 60,000 jobs in the process.

    Lil Nas X Sends SNL Cast to Hell

    At the beginning of SNL’s recent show, Chris Redd and Chloe Fineman addressed Lil Nas X’s controversial video “Montero (Call Me By Your Name).” To the contrary, Redd (who’s playing Lil Nas X) did not grind on Satan’s lap, he gave God a lap dance instead.

    In the skit, they touch on Lil Nas X’s “Satan Shoes” and the Nike lawsuit. Fineman, portraying Britney Spears on the Oops, You Did It Again talk show, questions Redd about the shoes containing real human blood as claimed.

    Redd exclaimed, “I don’t know why Nike is so mad. Their whole thing is ‘Just Do It.’ Well, I did it.”

    Next, Fineman asked what Redd thought about the backlash he received and he calls his critics “closed-minded idiots.”

    He added with a shrug, “People are afraid of me because I’m different, but really I’m just your typical gay, Black, country rap, sneaker entrepreneur.”

    Lil Nas X’s Cutthroat Response

    After seeing the skit, Lil Nas X aggressively responded: “Snl going to hell.”
