Rapper Boosie shot after attending a Mo3 vigil
Rapper Boosie Badazz was shot Saturday afternoon near Big T Plaza in Dallas, according to a Dallas police report.
Police confirmed that officers responded to an armed encounter around 2:00 p.m. on Saturday near Big T Plaza on Village Fair Drive just north of Ledbetter.
Boosie was simply visiting to show his respect for Mo3, a fellow rapper. Mo3 was killed on Wednesday while driving on the Interstate. The shootings are said to be unrelated.
Mo3 was chased as soon as he left his friend’s house. Mo3 whose real name is Melvin Noble did not cooperate with police. He failed to tell police where he was shot. He later died from his injuries.
Rapper Boosie shares his condolences publicly

Gun violence targeting rappers
Saturday afternoon, Boosie and his entourage were spotted in a sprinter van in a parking lot near Big T Plaza.
There are clips and reports stating that Boosie suffered a gunshot wound in his leg. Police also stated that the rapper was being treated at the hospital.
Prior to the shooting, Boosie was seen riding around Dallas. Dallas police officers rushed to the scene, but it was too late. The shooters fled with no signs of any crime committed.
Prayers up for Boosie as he recovers from his non-life-threatening injuries. The world will hear Boosie’s side of the story sometime soon.
