New Project: “Pandemic”- Comethazine

With a Title Inspired by a Recent Netflix Documentary, 13-Track Project is an Adrenaline-Fueled Immersion in the Alamo Records Signee’s Hedonistic World

Building a massive fanbase without relying on co-signs, features, or big-name producers, Comethazine is more than ready for the new age of isolation. Returning to the scene with a new set of bangers, Comethazine shares Pandemic, his new project. Racing through 13-tracks in slightly more than 20 minutes, Pandemic is a glimpse into Comethazine’s proudly hedonistic lifestyle, as he stacks obscene witticisms and lists everything he loves (Jordans, guns, foreign cars, lean, Faygo, crab meat) and hates (liquor, fronting, manners, fakes, nearly everything else).

Opening with the apocalyptic mission statement “No Front” (over 630k views on YouTube since last week’s release), the project establishes Comethazine as rap’s most charming misanthrope, reveling in his “me vs. the world” attitude: “Before I step up out the door, I pray that God be wit me/But if he not, I take a different route, that ‘9 stay wit me,” snarls Comethazine on project highlight “Gallardo.” Given its title after Comethazine binge-watched Netflix’s Pandemic series while on tour, the new project is available everywhere via Alamo Records.

Named an XXL Freshman in 2019, the 22-year-old Comethazine has paved his own path in the music industry, releasing the successful Bawskee series of mixtapes in 2018 and 2019, including last year’s Billboard 200-charting Bawskee 3.5. His 2018 breakout single “Bands” earned a Gold certification from the RIAA, and his signature song “Walk” went platinum and earned a remix from A$AP Rocky.
