At their recent baby shower, rumors spread that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were going to have a baby boy. However, Vanity Fair reports that the two are straying far away from gender stereotypes at all costs. She even told a close friend that their goal was to nurture their child with a fluid approach to gender.
According to the source at Vanity Fair, Meghan Markle‘s exact word was fluid. The future parents are truly sticking to their new-found boundaries. They have even gone as far as creating a gender-neutral nursery with colors such as white and grays over the standard pink or blue schemes.

If you recall, a gender-fluid approach to raising kids is not something new. It could be something along the lines of forcing Barbie dolls or encouraging behaviors and professions. Celebrities like Kate Hudson and Angelina Jolie have already implemented a gender fluid way of raising kids. Studies have also shown positive well-being in children who are raised exactly how they should be. In particular, the Journal of Experimental Child Psychology has stated that gender-neutral kindergarten systems are linked with more opportunities, which could predict great results in adults.
