Jolly old St. Meek is in the Christmas spirit!
Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill gifted toys, clothes, and Xbox gaming systems to families effected by the criminal justice system.
Meek Mill partnered with his own REFORM Alliance, Puma, GoPuff, DocuVualt, Roc Nation and Microsoft to bring a happy Christmas to 35 families in Philadelphia. Less fortunate families received anything from Mac Air laptops, Xbox Series X, and clothing.
Meek Mill posted on his Instagram a video of him on Facetime, talking to one of the families that received gifts.
“It has been a year, for everyone but no matter the difficulties we face I will always make an effort to support and contribute to the Philadelphia community that nurtured me ” Meek expressed. “I have memories of an upbringing, which is why I find it crucial to leverage my influence in order to give back particularly to families who are striving to care for their children while simultaneously navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system.”
According to an article, by Complex Meek Mill has generously contributed $30,000 to support the Twelve Days of Christmas organization, in Philadelphia. This wonderful volunteer group is dedicated to assisting families during the holiday season.
Meek Mill is a very charitable person but he never receives the credit for it. The internet always tries to clown him when it appears that he is being selfish, but he they are very quiet when he does give back. Earlier this year, Meek and his business partner Michael Rubin started a $2 million scholarship fund for Philadelphia students.
