In an interview with Good Morning America, Lizzo said the purpose behind her new reality television show was to see darker skinned and bigger bodies “booked, busy, and blessed.” Lizzo will produce and host her own show. The reality show will follow the “Rumors” singer on her quest to find her new backup dancers.
The Detroit-native has several qualities which make her perfect for creating a reality TV show. For one, she has always been transparent about her internal and external struggles with body image and acceptance in the face of media-related bullying and trolls.
